I am taking a look at information for some second dwelling markets – and can observe these markets to see if there’s an influence from the lending modifications.

This graph is for South Lake Tahoe since 2004 via Might 2021, and reveals stock (blue), and the year-over-year (YoY) change within the median value (12 month common).

Observe: The median value is distorted by the combination, however that is the out there information.

Following the housing bubble, costs declined for a number of years in South Lake Tahoe, with the median value falling about 50% from the bubble peak.
