The Savannah Morning News has hired Zoe Nicholson to cover growth and development.

She is currently covers Clemson for the Greenville (S.C.) News and Anderson (S.C.) Independent, both Gannett newspapers. Her last day at that paper will be July 9.

She will start her new job on July 19.

Nicholson has been at the News and Independent since October 2019.  She also interned at the News.

She is a University of South Carolina graduate.
